Very Vege Soup

The ingredient of Very Vege Soup
- 20ml oil
- 2 onions chopped
- 5 cloves garlic chopped
- 3 carrots chopped
- 2 capsicums chopped any colour or combination
- 8 tomatoes chopped
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 1 zucchini chopped
- 1 2 bunch celery chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup massel vegetable liquid stock
- 20ml tomato puree
The Instruction of very vege soup
- heat oil in a large saucepan and fry onions garlic and carrot until the onions start to soften add all the other vegetables to the pan
- add the water stock and tomato puree and bring to a simmer cover and check every 10 to 15 minutes
- after an hour take the lid off and reduce any excess liquid continue to simmer for another half hour once everything is cooked get a stick blender and blend to a smooth consistency
